Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, during the Mumbai Investor Meet on January 24, secured industrial proposals worth ₹6,000 crore across sectors like plastics, textiles, IT, and food processing.

Ambuja Cement led the charge with a ₹2,367 crore proposal, followed by investments from Welspun Group (₹500 crore), Kritech Technologies (₹600 crore), and Drools Company (₹625 crore).

The state’s new Industrial Policy (2024-30) has attracted ₹1 lakh crore in total investments, with incentives like permanent capital subsidies, SGST reimbursements, and single-window clearances.

Key projects include a data center and pharmaceutical park in Nava Raipur and a new 118-acre industrial area in Niyanar to boost MSMEs. Emerging sectors like AI, robotics, and green hydrogen are also in focus, positioning Chhattisgarh as a preferred investment hub.
